Default 94 honda civic dx 1.5 non vtec tdc sensor code after new distributor.

Hey what's up. So I just finished a head gasket replacement. And I went to crank it to get some oil going. Nothing tdc (code 8) came up. So I ordered a new distributor. Slapped it on and again. Nothing. I've been looking for a solution for a long time now. Tracing wires. Plugged in and extra Ecu same code. Put a multimeter on every wire I could get to. I've checked what seems to be every ground wire. I've even punched it more than a few times and nothing. So what I know battery is pushing 12v, tested new and old distributor and both are good, tested the starter, good. tested my foot hitting the car, good news the door is sturdy. I'm getting all my lights on the dash as if everything is working. Gas and a match? or does anyone have any ideas? Because I'm out
