I have a 95 Honda Civic 1.6L that is not getting fuel. I put 12 volts to the pump directly and it spit out gas. I thought it may have been the Main Relay so I went to a salvage yard and got two of them and put them on and still nothing. Someone told me to look at the ECM and get the "codes" off of it but, I could not find a light on my ECM?? any ideas??? Thanks for your help...
