I have a 98 civic -wen I have it in the park or neutral position-it revs on its own. I have already changed my throttle position sensor and cleaned the iac ...not sure what else could be going on. I'm new to this and just started getting into cars so be kind. Any suggestions would be great (:

clean your egr valve.

Try the idle control arm if that doesn't work
