Exclamation can i bypass airbag sensors?

I own a 2002 Civic Ex 2dr. I was in an accident with it and had only liability. accident appeared to only damage left/right fenders, hood, front bumper, front clip, radiator and bent the front of the frame, the motor seems to have shifted but doesn't appear to be damaged. I was wondering if it were possible to bypass the airbag sensors to try to start my car? or if there's another way to ensure that the motor is still good? Thanks.

If the airbags have not yet went off, they will not now, the accident is over.
You can try and start the car.
They are to go off in a mili-second at the time of the accident only.
They will not go off after the accident.
