This is for Tx emissions I have a 91 civic hatch with a zc dohc integra motor running a turbo @ 6-7 psi with a fmu untill i get a tune so my question is how many people here have gotten there car inspected here and passed with a dohc and a turbo? My brother said it most likely wont pass.
