Default Honda Civic 2006 ex starter, ignition, or something else?

I have a 2006 honda civic. I have been have a reoccuring issue for a while now and just cannot figure it out. The issue is most of the time when I try to turn my car over (not everytime) it wont start, sometimes it makes a sound sometimes it doesnt. The dashboard and radio flicker while I try to start it and it will turn on at some point if I fuss with it. A month ago i had my car diagnoised and was told that the alternator was not charging. So I replaced the alternator and then found out due to the alternator being bad so was the battery, so I replaced that. Now after both were replaced the car still did the same thing but after 2 days all the issues went away. Now its been a week since then and today it started again... not only did it do the flickering and not wanting to turn over, it also will show my battery dying indicator light and the battery starts to die if I am stopped for too long. Has anyone had the same issue? Please let me know.
