How hard is it to swap motor in 95 civic EX?

How hard is it to swap motor in 95 civic EX?
I just picked up couple honda's. First honda's i have owned. The 95 Ex has a D16Z6 with a bad bottom end the 92 has a D15B7 out of a 95Dx with almost 40k on it can i put the VTEC head on the D15B7 and put it in the 95Ex?
