i smell gas in my hatchback

Default i smell gas in my hatchback

i have a 96 civic hatchback. i smell gas everytime i'm driving. is something wrong with the car?

Welcome to the forum,a leak is very possibale,you also can check your collent temp senser.it tells the computer when the engine is at operating temp.If bad it will tell the computer the engine is still cold and dump more fuel into tb,it works like the old style carb with the choke not opening ,will use more gas and smell it to.if all is dry under car worth a try.Good luck, Bobby

are you running the stock exhaust and do you have a cold air intake? chances are your car could be running too rich especially right now with it getting warmer outside.. my civic does it all the time this time of year and i dont have any leaks..
