Idle Air Control Valve fault code 14 CEL
I have a 1995 Honda Civic EX 2 -door Coupe.
It has a Check Engine Light (CEL) that flashes code 14.
I checked the Idle Air Control Valve and the PGM-FI relay.
Seems like both are good and there may be an open in the connecting wires.
Has anyone traced the Yellow/Black wire from the Relay to the Valve?
I hate to tear into the wiring harness - is there a way to find where there may be an open in the circuit?
Does anyone know how the vacuum lines are routed from the Valve and the Intake Manifold (I may have them connected wrong). Will that also give me the code 14?
How do I fix this problem so that the CEL goes out?
