Default idle problems

When i turn on my car the rpm goes from 1 to 0 then turns off, but if i hold the gas pedal down for a couple of seconds at 1 on the rpm and then let go of the gas the car will stay running and mark 1 on the rpm guage. But as soon as i put it in drive the rpms will go down and the car will turn off if i dont hold the gas. My car is a 1992 honda civic with a 1.5 16 vavle engine with automatic transmisson. The car has a full tuneup and the engine light is on i belive its a fuel filter or injector clog but when im driving the car over 20 theres no problems only when i come to a stop. Has anyone had this problem or know what wrong with my car any help will be greatly apreciated.
