welcome to the forum sparkyd31:- enjoy your stay. I will tell you how I do it, then you can try anything else that will help you get the right price. I go to kelly blue book, and edmunds and look at what I want on the civic. ex in your example. I check invoice, then add 500.00 then add tax and licenses, and documentation fee. I also go to several sites like rockhonda.com and get a internet price and compare. This will take a couple of days for them to respond, but remember to add tax. licenses, doc fees. You can call the dealer and ask what the doc fees are for their cars.make sure you have your finances set, or cash in hand, and ready to buy. Call around and get pricing also. This will be some homework, but it is worth it. My son worked for a dealership so he went in to the dealer and saidI will give you invoice plus 500.00, I worked at a dealership and added tax, licenses, doc fees, and cash....saved a lot of money. If you have more questions email me.
