K swap em2 wiring issues!!
Hey guys! Looking for some help, I have an 01 em2 that I have k swapped with a k20z1 with the matching transmission out of an 05 rsx type s. I can’t get the car started, by the sounds of it. My fuel pump is not turning on. I have swapped the matching imobilizer from the parts car I am using so I don’t think that is an issue as the car cranks. I’m using the stock rsx ecu with the ktuner adapter harness. But no fuel pump hence no start. If anyone knows how I can get the fuel pump to kick on please let me know!

The immobilizer usually affects the fuel system like not turning on the fuel pump.
And even if the fuel pump is running the ECU will not put out any fuel injector signal.
The ECU and immobilizer must match as well as the key for the immobilizer
That is unless you have a high level scan tool capable of reprogramming the immobilizer system
Don't know if this will help but try putting the key (matches the immobilizer) for the swapped engine near the ignition switch
It might read the right one and turn on the system to start the engine??

So. The imobilizer has been swapped from the other car that was already k swapped. The car ran with the imobilizer and key I put into my car, still no fuel pump. Unsure what is causing the issue. I will test my fuel pump once I’m home from work to see if it’s still functional

Doesn't matter. Let us know how it goes.
