Angry Motor swap won't start

Hey guys, I am trying to figure out why my Motor swap isn't working properly. I turned on the car yesterday and drove it to test what was wrong. Car was misfiring, wouldnt accelerate properly and definitely had to do with timing. I drove it for less than a quarter mile and then checked the distributor. Turned off the car and flipped 2 and three because they were in the wrong places and I tried to turn the car on and it was cranking for a while very slowly then wouldn't turn over. Replaced the battery and had no change with it not cranking or starting. Any ideas?
motor is a d16y7 in a 1998 civic dx 5 speed manual.

welcome to the forum, did the starter come with the swap motor, or did you use your original engine starter. if new battery and not cranking, replace starter.
