MY 95 Civic EX won't start!

Default MY 95 Civic EX won't start!
I replace the starter but still won't start, every time i turn the key i hear a low clapping sound, please need suggestions.

Welcome in sir. A loose battery cable or dirty cables would be where I would look next.
