I am new to civics and have no idea where to start. I have a 2008 Honda civic ex with an 1.8R and a 5spd manual. It also has a full stainless exhaust system. What else could I do to give it a bit more power or alot more.

welcome to the forum. changing the intake to a cold air intake, the exhaust to a non cat helps a little, ( caution for smog states ) cam, gives more power.

iI have a stage 2 cam but I dont have the money for hondata or a retune, and cause I have no idea how to tune anyway

Welcome in, as ACmech said a cold air intake first of all and you can buy a computer tune and do it yourself ,i have seen them for as low as $395.
