my 02 civic does the same thing in rain driving above 50 mph. I put rain-x on the windshield, put rubber lube on the blades, and purchased after market airdams plane looking to set on the wiperblades. now it will not skip and bounce until i get up to 90mph.

I'll do the lube and rain -x for starters. This happens soon as you turn the wipers on, even 5-10 mph. I'll try and keep it under 90. Cheers

if your wipers skip and jump at 5-10 miles, the rubber may be old or stiff. Check to see if your wiper rubber is starting to show cracks. Wiper blade rubber normally do this when it sits in the sun for long periods of none use and blade is older 6 mos or more. wipes good one way, and skips and jumps the other.

These are brand new two weeks old , the auto parts store gave me a 2nd pair free, same problem. I have a '05 Nissan with the same brand over 4 months old no problem. I do live in FL , it's been 80's lately, and have temps in 90's in the summer and only had this happen one other time with a pair of Bosch on the Honda.
