Hi I have a 89 crx si that sat for 7 years ran great when we parked it. It will start and die the main relay is kicking on and off like it should i can here the fuel pump i can Bairly keep it running if i pump the gas real fast I have cleaned the gas tank and all fuel lines replaced fuel filter pulled injectors and watched them all fire like they should I have also replaced the distributor plugs and wores no help any advice

 

welcome to the fourm. remove your fuel line after the pump and turn the engine to see if you have fuel pumping out. these older crx after sitting a long while seem to have their pump fail. https://www.reference.com/world-view...49388a9326285d

 

So i have had the fuel line off the rail after cleaning the fuel system and it did pump fuel out i am going to try and get a fuel pressure gauge on it today to see where it is sitting its acting like a main relay issue but that is all working properly
