Default probably a noob engine question...

So I just bought a 97 civic and the engine seized on the drive home. the guy said it had an over heating issue due to the radiator having a hole in it. So I bought a new radiator, put it in and it got me half way home. I'm guessing the damage was already done to the engine and there was no avoiding it happening. Now that I am in the market for a new engine thought the thought hit me to drop in a K20a engine in out of a 2002 civic si. My question I guess would be will that engine fit in my 97 ex body frame, and how much fabrication would I have to do to the motor mounts if any? I know I would have to change out the ECU as well which wouldn't be too much of an issue.
