Purely academic now but I considered it!
I've since given this car to my neice but I thought SERIOUSLY about it.
I had an 2003 Civic LX but wanted a moonroof so badly I considered buying a wrecked EX, cutting off the roof, cutting off my roof, welding the EX roof on, then repainting the whole car. I even got an estimate on the planned work! ($4,000 all said and done).
Anyone done that?
