Radio display on my Honda Civic 2015 diesel has again gone into a frozen mode whereby I cannot get a live screen just the welcome message?
This occurred two years ago when the car had just come out of warranty and Honda advised me to take it to my local dealer for the unit to be updated at a cost of just under £50.
I did this and the problem was resolved until yet again the same problem another update??? At cost to me again.
I have never come across this problem with any other vehicle!
Anyone have any suggestions to rectify the problem without having to attend the dealer again.
Cost is not so bad but my nearest dealer is twenty five miles away?
