Default removing rear seat

Has anyone removed their rear seat and noticed any improvement in mpg? I rarely, if ever, have more than one passenger and have been thinking about taking it out. What other mods can be done to improve mpg?

the rear seats don't weigh much but if you wanted mpg gains do this remove your front seats for racing seats remove the rear seats, all interior panels, dash, power steering, air condition, spare tire, tools, radio, speakers, then ad carbon fiber hood, doors, fenders, trunk lid. then get racing wheels,low-rolling-resistance gas saving tires and a racing car battery you should also replace your suspension for a light weight adjustable coil over so the car can be lowerd.

Might take 10 years to recoup that expense in gas savings Lo. But at least he will feel better at the pump LOL!
