Default squeaky noise when driving city speeds

Out of nowhere my car is making a weird, albeit light/quiet, when driving. It's coming from the driver front wheel area. It will go away when I barely press the brake pedal at all... It occurs at speeds of 15 - 45 mph only.

Recently I had the pads replaced and the rotors turned. Prior to that there wasn't any noise of that nature, just the rotor thuds. Thuds are gone and now this.

Sick of spending money. Any thoughts what would have a light squeak to it that would go away with barely and brake pressure?

to me it sounds like a squeaky belt maybe your alternator belt. they all do it eventually something i did but i do not recommend if you can buy a new belt i got a bar of soap and ran it along the belt while hte car was on but like i said if you can buy a belt i do not recommend doing this it is just a quick fix and it will make the belt worse eventually.

try this when your car front rotor are cold, not after a run. take your garden hose with a power spray and shoot the brake rotors to clean off the dust, inside and out, after dry, take a drive, on first light brake application you may hear a scrapping sound, after a few more applications, it should be quiet. Also take the wheel off if possible an check to see if the rotors might be scoring. this might mean you have a bit of metal to metal from the rotor/pad transfer.

I had new belts put on in March so I don't think that's it. But I'll try the soap and the water ideas.
