Default Swapping d16y7 for a d16a1

I have an 87 Crx with a D16a1 and a 97 Civic with a d16y7. The Civic's motor has a hole in the block. The Crx has a great motor and tranny, but the rest of the car is wrecked. I want to put the d16a1 in the Civic. I have seen a lot about swapping older engines out for the d16y7 but nothing on the reverse. Any ideas on what I will need to modify would be great. Thanks!
