timing belt

i'm a newbie to the honda forums. i just bought a 04 civic ex with 69000 miles on the clock. when should i be looking to change the timing belt. any other tips would be appreciated. its a manual trans.

Most reccomend changing the timing belt and waterpump at 105,000.
