Default 2014 Honda crv F-can/pcm codes

I have a 2014 CRV and I'm getting a bunch of intermittent codes (too many to list) all around f-can, Can-bus, and pcm/module communication. The codes come and go, everytime I scan I get a different combination. I have the steering wheel, traction control, and tire sensor light on, aswell as the engine intermittently depending on the current codes. I've got a few ideas of possible fixes but hoping someone may have more knowledge of these computer systems may point me in the right direction so im not just throwing parts at it. Some pertinent information. First, the codes first appeared when I installed a new ignition cylinder. However the car also sat for like 2 months (or more). Before I got around to doing it. Second. When I'm at idle I sometime get sub battery voltage 12.3 ish and other times I get 14.5 like the alternator/charging system is working properly. So far I'm thinking its a voltage charging system alternator issue, a issue with the pcm, the multi purpose computer module relay, or wiring. Thanks for reading!

I'm not a mechanic, I'm a beekeeper who does all the work on my trucks and lifts so it take a little bit of research sometimes, but I can usually figure stuff out. I'm starting to get a basic understanding of how the computer computer systems work on this thing and am familiar with using a multimeter.
