Took 2 vehicles for test drive today. When starting car with push button, i had foot on brake. As car was starting , the brake pedal jerked UPWARD forcing my foot off brake! Happened on both vehicles. Has anyone else experienced this???

 

It is good you don't own them. Sounds like someone hooked up the ABS wrong
But, I don't know for sure. Just guessing.
Make sure you test drive the vehicle you want to purchase.

 

welcome to the forum. did you ask the sales person why the brakes kicked your foot off the pedal. a possible explanation would be the vacuum system is sensitive and brought the booster up to operation system faster than nice and easy.
