Ok ..so first off, It started with a abs light and a soft pedal and high idle.

So started cheap... master cylinder "brake", then discovered the booster was loosing vacuum. SO I replace it .... a bit of a pain but I got it done.

I then proceeded to bleed the entire system from the rear to the front.

So now.... the abs light goes out and stays out ..

The Problem now the brakes, all of them! are not releasing "locked up"
The only way to get them to release is to bleed the pressure off. Only to have it happen once the brakes are applied again !

Are there some check valves in the abs that could fail? I would think not ....
