I have a 98 Accord Ex..v6 that wont turn over. I bought a new battery, starter, and alternator and still wont turn over. IS THERE ANYONE THAT HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS?....all it does is click and thats it light comes on but car just wont turn over. My key just broke so idk if it cam also be the key..any help pleasse???

 

Welcome in,I would try and remove the ignition switch and check to see if it is bad,might just be dirty and need to clean the contacts.

Its possible that the new starter could be bad,I had that happen to me right out of the box,check the switch and if that is not the problem pull the starter and have it checked,good luck.

 

@bucwheat so i think the ignition switch is good lol is there anything else you can think of?..and my car key also broke honda wants 160 for a key and to program it...does the key need to be programmed and all that...? if you can, can you give me a list of things why the car wont start...excluding the starter,battery, and alternator...it just clicks..lights come on and all that...thank you.
