Considering a Honda. Do all models of a certain year have actuator issues?
I was looking towards getting a Honda (accord, civic, fit or crv).
I see some 4cyl models and years are listed as having issues with the VTC actuator. Then I see on the web where just about any model and year
can have an actuator issue.
Are there any years and models that are safe to buy?
