Hello,

The board on my power window switch is shot and im wondering how to program a new power window switch so it works with my existing key fob. Id like to get one from a junkyard so i dont have to buy brand new. Im guessing a used one wont be a problem? I also need to know how to program my key fob to the new power windows switch board. Is it the same way you program a key to the board, on then off, repeat 5 times etc? Thanks in advance.
Edit: Also forgot to mention i bought a new power window switch on ebay and it was an aftermarket one, the board was not able to sync with my existing key fob.

 

Update:
For anyone who is curious, i picked up a used/oem master switch from a junkyard, and yes you program that the same way your program a key. My key fob is now fully functional. Boo @ aftermarket master switches being sold on ebay. The one on ebay was 66 and the used one from the local junkyard was 90. So i paid 25 more and got one that you can program.
