hello
i i have a 2024 Accord exl hybrid. the radio on/off button does not work, and the radio controls on the steering wheel don’t work. when i try to operate it using the control in the steering wheel, i get a message on the display that says “audio function not available during a call”, and it says there is a “phone call active”. it does not respond to voice commands. WTF over?

 

Sounds like maybe you should unpair your phone and pair it again to see what will happen?

 

I tried that, not go. I saw a thread about this once on somebodies CRV, and they suggested removing the battery cables, then touch g the pos and neg cables and something about turning the key to on, I took it to the shop this morning and the tech had no clue, never seen this and is researching it. Thanks
