Stripped threads engine block - accord 2012 SE
Hello, I must have over torqued the nuts on my engine because now I can’t get them off. They just spin. I posted a video here:

I think I’m going to need to retap the holes with threaded inserts, but I don’t know what size to get. Also, this is my daily driver so I need to make sure I have everything before I start.

I think these threaded inserts would work, but I'd like to be sure before I open up the engine... https://www.mcmaster.com/91732A822/
it's attached to a stud, but I cant get the strut out to measure and inspect. I'm guessing it's M6x1 because the nut is 10mm. but no idea what the length is. I'd like to have everything i need before opening up the engine since this is my daily driver.
Is it possible that the studs are *press fit* into the bottom half of the valve cover?
I'm thinking:
inserts: https://www.mcmaster.com/91732A948/
spare nuts: https://www.mcmaster.com/95108A104/
spare threaded rod: https://www.mcmaster.com/1078N137/
Also going to want spare gaskets incase they get damaged when i remove the existing studs.
