Default while braking the car.....

While I'm driving my 1995 accord on the road. Sometime I press on the brake it sounds like a horn or whistle. Any help or tips why this is happening. How can I stop this.......

the rotors or brakes could be going bad.. not all brake pads are low noise and they end up squeaking a lot.. i tried to use low dust pads on my civic to help keep my rims clean and they were very loud under breaking

I just change my brake pads two weeks ago. But I'm not sure about the rotor because I just got the car for free.

try shooting the front brakes with water pressure when cool or before driving the car, it might have a lot of dust. If you used duralast, it will have lots of brake dust, black in color.
