Hi - we own a 2003 Honda outboard 40 hp BF 40A, the engine has been misfiring at low RPMs. The engine misfires at startup and running at low RPMs. It also runs rough when I slam on the gas. I have had that engine in and out of the mechanics shop and compression and the engine looks good. They’ve changed the spark plugs, they’ve changed it oil, they’ve changed the water separator’, They’ve change the fuel filters, they’ve clean the carburetors several times, we’ve replaced all fuel and the engine is still miss firing at low RPMs. Any suggestions out there? Thank you
