I recently bought a boat with a 2006 Honda 225 (BAGJ-1402256) and have experienced HO2 sensor (235655-ZY3-013) failures. This has been indicated by ECM codes 1 and 41. I have the motor mounted as high as I can and try to keep water out of the exhaust while operating. Is there any way I can check to see if Service Bulletin #56 and Service Bulletin #70 apply to my motor and if these have been installed on my motor?

 

welcome to the forum. you can call any marine dealership that handles Honda engines and give them the vin nbr for your engine, they can in turn look up the info and see if your engine is in the recall or not and if it was accomplished. and if accomplished ask them why you have the current failures.
