BF100a Fuel in Oil
2020 BF100a with approximately 80 hours on the clock having intermittent runability issues. When motoring back up river on plane cruising about 5000 rpm the motor starts cutting out and back in. Not bogging down, more like a switch being turned off and on repeatedly. Fuel primer bulb was soft when this was happening. Loosened fuel cap while it was doing this and it made no difference.
Engine was serviced about 5 hours ago on the hour meter. Oil level was correct on dip stick after service. Now, 5 hours later the oil level is over full and smells like fuel.
Has anyone had a similar issue? I searched and didn't come up with anything. Boat has an appointment to get looked at next week. I just want to eliminate anything that may not be warranty before then.

welcome to the forum. only way for fuel to get into the oil is thru the pistons. there is too much fuel at that rpm being fed into the combustion chamber. there may be a flaw in the injection system. explain to the shop the same thing that is happening and the the fuel in the oil.
