Bf50d 2012
Hello,
Having a problem with my engine. She will run fine for 20 minutes 10 min warmup 10 min full throttle no spluttering or anything, after that dies as if fuel starved and will not start even upon squeezing the bulb (which does seem to go soft). See below video.
I tried loosening the fuel cap in case the vent was blocked but no change. If you leave it overnight it will run again for the same time and die. If you leave it 30 minutes it will fire up but any kind of throttle and it conks out as in the video below. This only lasts 10 mins then it dies completely again and wont fire for around 30-40 minutes.
Replaced the high pressure filter and took out the low pressure one and gave it a good clean it didnt look too bad (ordered a new one today anyway) but still no change.
If anyone has any ideas or advice would be very greatful as totally at a loss, tempted to replace the high pressure pump but not cheap so want to cover all avenues before that. Guessing its not the low pressure pump as pumping the bulb makes no difference.
Thanks in advance.

welcome to the forum. would you know if you still have spark after the engine quits. if you do have spark, check or replace the fuel filter, check the tank filter, check all main supply lines. would you know if any fuel lines have been replaced in the past. if you have a compressor, blow out all supply fuel lines off the engines, there also may be debri in the line or rubber hose cut that may block the fuel flow.
