My son bought a 1978 Honda Express. The gas tank has 2 reservoirs, one for the 2 cycle oil, and the other the gas. When looking in the gas reservoir, there appears to be a plastic bag/type liner. I thought this maybe was original, but it appears now to me that this might have been rigged up by the previous owner. I'm hoping somebody knows if this gas tank had a liner within it....I've never seed done, but this is my first experience with a Honda scooter. From looking on the internet, it appears this is not normal! I have gotten the scooter to run, once for a mile or so, but since then, it runs a few moments and dies.

I have since cleaned the carb, but am looking into the gas and oil supply, and it is looking somewhat strange as above!
