Installed the Kmod (Google it) and a new belt. Followed a Youtube video and all seemed straightforward going back together.

EDIT: I didn't install the front variator portion correctly and it 'pinched' the belt. Loosened the big nut, had to work it out of the rear clutch, and once both ends were free to move, tightened the nut and tested it BEFORE putting the cover back on and it was good to go.

But now it won't start - it tries, but acts like it can't turn over. Rear wheel spins normally.

What's a common 'screw-up' when doing this upgrade?
