Default 2008 Honda s-wing fes125 water and oil problem

My 2008 s-wing had a rebuild by my brother. But my bike was burning oil and water was being push out through the hole of the expansion tank. I was told that this would be a problem with the head gasket or the rad cap. I changed both of these and I am still getting the issues. The bike runs well and I can't afford to go out and buy another one for 3 to 4 grand so hope to get this rectified. Does anyone else had this sort of problem or idea

How long after the rebuild did you start having this problem? Sounds like head gasket.

The first time it was over heating and I was told it was an head gasket. And pretty much after we put the new one in. It does it again.

Did you check the head for warping?
