Default 2010 Honda Elite 110 no start. Has fire and compression

Ok so I’ve taken this thing apart trying to get it to start. The battery was semi bad so I hooked a jump pack to it. I checked for spark and it’s got a bright blue spark, checked compression and has good compression, battery is I believe crapping out. I took off the fuel injector and am getting fuel spraying out. My question is I can feel any fuel coming from the injector body/throttle body. Also when I take plug out there isn’t any fuel on the electrode or any smell of fuel on it either. I can’t get it to start on starting fluid either. It will pop off when you give it half throttle, and occasionally start for one or two seconds. I thought it was the battery just too low or a dead cell so I went and bought one and letting it charge. Anyone have a clue what this could be? I have a feeling it’s not getting any fuel from the throttle body. I know the injector is working at the intake throat. Anyways anyone have any ideas let me know. I surely appreciate it.

welcome to the forum. check to see if your timing is set correct. if you have fuel, air, ign, your spark is misplaced.

my concern is the fuel. It didn’t seem to be getting anything in the throttle body portion. It would inject some into the intake but when I pulled the plug I couldn’t find a single bit of fuel of everything being on there. Smelled like old stale fuel which it’s not cause I have fresh on there. It was running when I parked it. It’s got 500 miles. I hadn’t ran it since last year but when I went out there the battery was dead and wouldn’t take a charge. How do you go about doing the timing on these?
