I have aquired a 1997 elite 80. It has less than 3000 miles, was serviced and running a year ago, and won't start. I've removed and cleaned the tank, replaced the petcock & fuel line. I get gas to the carb, it does not flood and will not start. I suspect the float is stuck. So, I have three questions.

Are there easy tricks to unstick the carb? Are there sources for rebuilt carbs? Are there sources for new carbs?

This scoot is a bucket list whim and I am not great mechanic so will appreciate any help.
