Default Help get my Metropolitan running!!!!

2004 Honda Metropolitan CHF50

Got this scooter for free. It has been sitting for several years in an old garage.
Here's what I've done so far.
New Fuel Pump
New Fuel Filter
New Battery
New Fuses
New Spark Plug
New Air Filter
Changed engine Oil
Changed Gear Oil
Changed coolant
Took apart & cleaned carburetor
Cleaned out gas tank, new gas and Gumout carb. cleaner put in tank

Current issues:

1. Kick start not starting scooter. Apply brake, turn key to ON, push Start button - just a click sound.

2. Pulled fuel line off carb. - turn key to ON - fuel pump just clicks a few times, no fuel pumping through line (again, this is a new fuel pump)

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry don't know much about this scooter.
Would check to see if there is power and ground at the fuel pump.
Also check to see if there is spark.
Maybe spray some starter fluid into in take to see if it starts

Default Check battery and connections

battery should read about 13.7 volts to run everything right. All connections should be “bright and tight”. DC electrics are finicky.
