Arrow Low Pickup after Parts Change

So, I have come to a very strange problem with my 110cc Scooter. I changed the variator rollers/ roller bushes and the drive belt/ fan belt of Honda Dio 110cc. Before the pickup was quite good but the top end speed had dropped from 89 to 84-85. The old drive had tore. I bought the drive belt and rollers from the authentic honda showroom. Now, the issue is in a stip road, where, before, the scooter easily got rode with 2 people, is facing pickup issue in riding the same 2 people. I kind off feel a sluggish/ late pickup when I ride alone.
So, what may have caused this issue?

it could be a roller in wrong or a spacer in the wrong place. check the manual or a parts diagram to make sure you put it together right. it also could be parts of the old belt wrapped around the shaft or the new belt is a lot wider or the wrong belt.
