Default 06 CR-V dash rattle

Hi. I've got an annoying rattle on the right side of my dash, mostly heard when I go over irregularities in the road. It's driving me nuts! I've pulled the radio, glove box, and even the door trim panel to try and find the noise. Can't find anything. Is it possible it's coming from the passenger side airbag. This vehicle has had several airbag recalls over the last few years. Maybe the technician didn't tighten up the hardware? Thanks

Welcome in,these rattles can be very annoying,I once had one and tried everything to find it,have someone drive and you listen to the area where you suspect the rattle is coming from, try putting pressure on certain areas, leave glove box open and listen there, tighten down any screws or nuts visible ,try folding small pieces of cardboard in gaps and creases.i have gone as far as riding with my head near the floorboard to listen.check the fold down sunglasses holder.good luck and let us know if you find it.

Its possible the Airbag retaining nuts aren't all the way tight... or maybe something else isn't lined up exactly right. I know those dash area rattles can be pesky things to fix. Id take it back to the dealer and tell them it started after the Warranty Airbag recall was completed. They should at LEAST review the work done during the recall and they might find the issue.

hope that helps a little
