Default 1993 Honda Accord SE brake issue..

The brake pedal is having to be stepped on so hard that I feel like at traffic lights- that I am going to put my foot through the floor.. It keeps rolling sometimes, where I have to pull the E-brake.. What could be the issue?? I've heard "master cylinder" and "brake booster".. The fluid level stays full.. What do you think?? Please help..

check the brake booster vaccum, if vaccum good, the diaphram may have gone bad.

remove the hose from the engine side to see if you have proper vaccum, and through the check valve. go to hondaautomotiveparts.com and go to master cylinder, you will see the line and check valve. Also Autozone.com register for free, go through repairs and it will show you how the system works.
