Brought my 2014 in for jerking/bucking. quick history. throttle bottle cleaned several month ago by private mechanic, seemed to help. spark plugs changed about 30K ago as well as CVT fluid. now bucking at variable speeds including at idle stop. Took it to Honda today, told them history. they stated throttle body "stuck partially open," plugs were "dark at the base" [pic attached, maybe my car? lol ]and suggested fluid change. I authorized throttle bottle only as it seemed to be the issue previously. Picked up car and it's still doing same [$700] - service tech stated "that is why mechanic suggested the other 2 items" - i find it hard to believe that 3 items are the reason for one symptom. Oh, also, mechanic stated codes showed misfire on #3 plug/cylinder. Signed, quite frustrated and not sure what to do next. Thinking all i needed was plugs but current only have 30-40K on them.
