Default 2019 Passport Problem

I am new to this site and hope I am posting correctly. Purchased 2019 Passport in April. Noticed 1st week road noise on front passenger side starts about 35 MPH. Faster I go, louder noise. If I am driving and some one sitting in passenger seat, noise not as loud. I took in to service and they first said it was roof rails. I told them when I get to new temp smooth pavement on highway, no noise but as soon as I hit old pavement, noise. I thought tires.
Also I found out today if I hit unlock button on remote and hold down button, ALL windows and sunroof opens until I release button. Have not found any mentioned of that in owners manual.
Has anyone else seen these situations?

welcome to the forum. your vehicle is to new to do any diy type of work. document day and time, road condition, and anything you do that does not feel right about the passport. then take it to the dealership and have them fix it. write weather, temp, any info that will help the dealer to find the noise, reason for the window locks or anything to do improper functions.

Thought I would update my problem. I am one of those that likes quiet when I drive. No radio, if air on it is because needed. Took Passport back to dealership and service manager drove vehicle while I was in backseat. He stated he heard noise. Dealership states road noise is common in all vehicles, will not do anything. Really? I have driven for almost 50 years and this is not typical road noise, but cannot get them to look for fix. Contacted Honda Customer Service July1 via e-mail with problem. Finally got live person to talk to July 22nd after leaving 7 voice mails with District Case Manager and additionally asking for a supervisor to return my call 2 more time, with no call back. She states spoke with dealership service manager who stated common noise and will not do anything unless dealership has evidence of problem. So guess I am stuck with it until I can afford a trade in (Not a Honda). Have not seen or heard of any one else having this problem though.
The windows all going down and sun roof opening I finally found in an online manual around page 160. It seems Honda made the Passport to do this if you press unlock button twice quickly. Cannot understand why because if you don't have sunroof cover slid opened it is not going to help. As a new owner, just be careful when you use key to lock/unlock door. Because if you accidently hit unlock twice quickly and not notice and it rains, (like it did on me) you will have some wet seats.

you may be right on tire noise. would you know if you have desert type tires or common type of tire. some stock tires do tend to make more road noise than others.

The sticker states 265/45 R20 All-Season Tires.

you might try discount tires or Americas tires, same corporation owns both and ask them if there is a tire made for your car that has less road noise. explain to them what you wrote above about tires.

Well, I finally took vehicle to a local tire store that we have used many times in the past. Manager took Passport out on road and said he could not hear anything. I asked about the tires and he stated his wife had same tires on her car and loved them, ride quiet. I can only guess it must be how I sit and my ears more sensitive that I hear noise and husband, manager at Honda and now manager at tire dealer does not hear anything. Again, I am only glad I do not have to travel each day 15 miles one way on interstate like I use to (retired now) for the ride would not be enjoyable. Would still like to know if anyone else has had a similar instance.
