Default 87 accord starting problem

Do 87 accords have clutch safety switches to keep car from starting with out clutch engaged? if so, where is it located. If not, why else would I have electrical power, but no crank? One click is all i get when using ignition switch.

Do your headlights come on? if so it may be a relay, safety switches have been around awhile,I would think an 87 would.
