Hey, I changed(almost impossible to get to) relay flasher on 2001 civic ex--had to move seat back and steering wheel up--now whether car is running, off, stationary, or driving--there is this loud click from my steering wheel when turned. Any suggestions from anyone?

 

welcome to the forum. have you checked to see if there is anything that fell into the knuckle. like a u-joint in the steering shaft to allow the steering to be pushed up.
